Working Process

  The materials are heated and mixed in water pot and oil pot to be fully reach.Sucked into emuisifying pot by vacuum pump,the materials are stirred by both the senter blade and side scraper,which works on the inner surface of pot keeping stirring material from being stuck onto the wall.In the process of blade-stirring,the materials are sent to the cut-off mixing unit where they are again cut off,broken and stirred by the strong interaction between running cutting wheel and cutting sheath.The materials are finally crushed into small pellets of 200mm-2µm.Besides,besides,because of the vacuum in emulsifying pot,the bubbles generated of the vacuum in emulsifying pot,the bubbles generated during stirring and mixing process arre sucked out from material.

  In the process of production for high viscosity emulsion such as oil,ointment etc.,the pellet diameter and bubble entrance into the liquid during stirring seem to be the most severe problem.Big pellets will cause emulsion unstable and lack in lustre.The entrance of air will make the emulsion rich in bubble,easy to be oxidized and germ polluted,resulting in rough appearance.To solve these problems.our company has developed ZJR vacuum emuisifying mixers in series.Featured with sifferent mixing&stirring modes such as cut-off mixing,center-blade stirring,side-scraper stirring,etc.,the machine offers a most reasonable stirring function.Besides,no air enterance happens in vacuum throughout the process of production.Thus products of good quality(lustre,eaquisite and fine)is ensured.
